The “Sun City 1” Holiday Village is being built on a not-built terrain on the area of 6,000 sq. m. and three detached habitations/apartment buildings are located along the periphery. The complex ”Sun City 1” includes self-contained private apartments, luxury and completely furnished. There are one-room studios, two-room and three-room apartments. It is provided for 50 underground parking lots and additional grassed parking lots out of the settlement.

Sunny beach is situated 36 km north of Bourgas and about 90 km to the south of Varna and is the largest holiday complex on the Black Sea coast. It numbers over 130 hotels, erected in long and wide lanes, surrounded by green and shady parks. It is naturally set in a small bay, protected by the slopes of the Balkan Mountain to the north. Its six-kilometers-long beaches reach as far as Nessebur to the south. The Mediterranean climate of the resort, a wide semi-circular bay facing east an over 8 km long beach strip, 30-60 m wide, fine golden sand, natural dunes a clean and gently sloping sea no dangerous fish, 1700 hours of sunshine from May trough September and average daily temperature in summer 27C makes it preferable for family tourism. It offers the whole specter of services as well as plenty of entertainments for the children
Transfer time to Bourgas airport: 20-30 minutes.

Set right on the beach and backed by hills of pine trees there is a glorious stretch of sand to explore, with sunbeds and watersports readily available.
The two pools are just a few metres away from the apartment.
There are numerous tennis courts in the locality.
Crazy and mini golf courses can be found in Elenite and Sunny Beach, with larger gold courses a short drive away.
You can also visit the world hertitage site of Nessebar on the south side of the Sunny Beach bay.

The owners will be happy to help you out in trying to arrange your travel to Bulgaria and travel on arrival such as car hire.

A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is payable at the time of booking.
The remainder of the money is payable 8 weeks before departure.
