If you have multiple properties to advertise see our full price list below for reduced rates.
Properties bought through Bulgarian Property Solutions get a 20% reduction in our fees.
You may advertise in our featured properties section on our home page for a further £10 or €15 commission on those properties.

| How does it work? |
The steps below outline the process of renting your property through us from advertising to bookings to payments:
- You fill out the "Property Information Form" with full details of your property.
- You send the completed document back to us along with up to 6 photographs.
- We will upload this information to our website.
- Pay your advertising fee.
- You can check your property's page and confirm you are happy with it.
- We will advertise your property.
- To update your advert (e.g. prices or availability) simply email or call us; we will make the update within 24 hrs.
- Guests contact you directly so you can arrange your bookings (we can recommend Property Management companies).
