Green Fort is located on the northern end of Sunny Beach, only 150m away from the beach with all of the normal facilities. The property is a ground floor one bedroom apartment providing accommodation for up to 4 people (twin sofa beds in the lounge). The apartment is full furnished, including a fitted kitchen area and TV/DVD. It is set back from the road, providing a view to the pool and the play area. All apartments in the complex are built and completed with high quality materials. There is air conditioning for heating and cooling in each room. All the appliances one would need are provided for your comfort.

Green Fort is located at the northern end of Sunny Beach, far enough away to provide a peaceful retreat from the buzzing centre of Sunny Beach, but with local facilities.

Bourgas and its airport is only 30mins drive away.

Varna and its airport is only 50mins drive away.

A large number of bars and restaurants are open most of the day and into the early hours with a selection of Indian, Chinese, Thai, Traditional Bulgarian menus. Sunny Beach also has some excellent snack bars...Kapabs,baked potatoes, pizza etc.

Although Sunny Beach is one of the more expensive resorts the prices are still relatively cheap when compared with the UK, for instance a large beer is around 60p, a meal for 2 adults and 2 children is around Ł10.00

Change over day is flexible.

Local contact numbers for Transfers are available. Also Welcome packs can be arranged for your arrival. We can also provide additional cleaning during your stay should this be required. Generally a selection of DVD's are available in the apartment as is a couple of buckets and spades!

A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is payable at the time of booking.

The remainder of the money is payable 8 weeks before departure.
