“Sunny Beach” - an excellent place indeed for your vacation and entertainment. The resort is situated on a semicircular bay facing the East. The eight-kilometer long area, 30 to 40 meters wide at places beach stretches along the charming bay. Gorgeous sand dunes form the natural link between the crystal clear sea waves and the beautiful verdure including rare and interesting plant species, five of which are recorded in the protected species list for Europe.
We have the great pleasure to invite You and introduce You to "Casa Brava" hotel apartment, situated 200 metres from the beach and 1000m from the Aqua Park Complex. The apartment and the complex have its own swimming pool, pool bar and parking.

There are five residential buildings on the complex. The luxuriously apartment is spacious and has 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, one WC, entrance hall and two balconies, one of them with a beautiful view to the swimming pool.
Buildings offered for sale are dislocated in rectangular shape forming in the middle of the complex the quiet rest zone. It includes - swimming pools for children and adults (deep and shallow), children's playground, pool bar, open area for sun-beds, recesses for rest and fitness center. Complete planting, cleaning and lighting of the complex have been planned.
"Casa Brava" complex territory shall be guarded all year round by security guards and video monitoring to ensure the tranquility of the residents.

It is only 900m from the centre of Sunny Beach, 500m from the local Police Department, 400m from hospital and 450m from Bulbank.
There is a theatre and equestrian complex.

Due to the well-conserved natural environment, the Sunny Beach -Resort Complex is one of the few to which the prestigious Blue Flag award was granted.
At Sunny Beach you could do anything or absolutely nothing. It's all up to you to immerse into the world of an endless fiesta. If terrestrial entertainment is not your only passion, you can go in for sports, make a water cruise in the bay, or share you children's joy of the numerous kid's amusements. Sunny Beach offers all that a water sports fan could wish - wind surfing, water skis, jets, and para-swimming.
The resort offers a great deal of other sports opportunities. The beginners and advanced players will find everything to keep fit - well-maintained tennis courts and schools, good partners, and competitions. Sunny Beach is a good place for horse riders as well. Stables and riding schools are available. Available, too, are bowling, mini-golf, beach volleyball, and arching facilities.
